Aula Modula
The project redefines the living spaces of housing, and allows its residents to be creative. It also provides workspaces to each apartment. These individual home offices are all facing a common courtyard and have direct access to collective terraces that promote social and professional interactions between residents and workers.
Although our project clearly promotes an evolutionary architectural aspect, it can be built simply.
Low tech design rules is used a regular structure, a post-beam system simple to assemble, the use of bio-sourced local materials.
